I wanted to like this one, but it just didn’t do much for me. Not much projection, smell was ok and didn’t last more than a few hours on my skin. Seems like others had a better experience, so maybe I’m just unlucky with it.

Purchased this as a way to introduce my brother to Scentbox. I thought it would be a good intro scent to get him fired up, ready to go explore. Instead, he just wants ONLY this Light Blue... I mean every size, full calendar. No variety!! Remind me not to start big with that kid (42 lol) because he certainly stayed home, too. Not an analogy or variety kinda guy!!!

For some they may like this scent. My son and I did not. So we asked grandparents and his girlfriend...they did not like it either. Perhaps it's just we don't like this scent. It's I'm sure for some a great smell. It's a definite no we are never using.

Wonderful scent. Loved ones and coworkers all notice it. It is on the stronger side at first application but don't be turned off, this is not a mall cologne. The fresh and bright tones work well after they begin to work with your bodies warmth. Gives a cool spring energy to it.

Not very strong to me and doesn't seem to last too long either. It's there's, but after about an hour you have to basically be in contact with your nose to smell it. The smell is amazing in itself but, unless you overload it, you just can't smell it

It’s soft, fresh. There’s a reason it keeps popping up on every YouTube summertime fragrance list. It’s subtle, never obnoxious. Takes a lot, 5-10 sprays, so go ahead douse it on. You can’t overspray. Good gym scent. Also great for cuddling. Strange combo right? Doesn’t last long enough tho. I’ve had a scent box subscription for awhile, 20+ Scents. Only ordered 3 larger bottles so far. This is one of them.

Its a very fresh scent. My husband and both sons tried it and we all thought it was pleasant. Personally, I neither love it nor hate it.

This one was weird for me. The top notes I hated, it smelled like baby powder, however once the fragrance settled down and the heart and base notes revealed itself, I really liked the scent. Nice mellow citrus, some sweetness and an all around good daytime hot weather scent. This will be my go to for the summer time.

I really loved this scent on my hubby, he liked it also. The fragrance notes are a bit different than what id normally choose for him, we go a bit woody, so this is a great introduction to other notes and fragrance profiles. Sexy in a light and alluring way.

This is a very nice scent. I would suggest this more for a summer evening party, than anything else, but I am sure it could be pulled off in any situation. I would say this a nice scent for men in the mid 20s to late 30s.

It's a bright/warm/casual smell. Lives up to its name of smelling bright and blue. Very fresh/clean, maybe a bit soapy. But nothing very distinctive: I see it as a standard/boring fragrance with no real depth or nuance.

Hey ScentBox, doing a great job, here is a review of D and G Light Blue.... I would have given 5 stars, I love D and G, however 2 even 3 sprays and it doesn't last long at all, although it smells fantastic and the wife loves it. I throw it on after a shower before dinner... I just wish it and other similar scents were lasting a little longer, but they are not designing them that way. Oh well! keep up the good work. Cheers!

I absolutely lovevthis smell on my husband. With his body chemistry it lasts four hours. I like that the smell is strong enough to really enjoy the fragrance but yet subtle enough to not be over powering.

I thought perhaps I would end up enjoying Light Blue for men more than I do the women's version. However this ended up not being the case. I think that for me the Rosemary in this one just makes it a little bit too cool feeling and a little too pine-y.

This is a summer day scent. It’s very light as advertised. It is pretty fruity and the scent has a very “high tone” to it if you catch my meaning. It’s not a favorite of mine or my wife, but I can’t knock the scent, so 4 stars even if it’s not really for me.

27.M. So basically this is clean and crisp. I personally can see wearing this at the beach, date night, club, maybe even work. Its not overpowering but it is there no question. Its pleasant, doesn't smell like it'll offended. Its not a wild west manly cologne. Yet it IS a masculine cologne. Could be worn by anyone really and I think that's what made it so popular. Longevity is about 4-5 hrs with 4 sprays. This is my 5 in Top 5. Safe blind buy for sure.

Oh I consider this an aphrodisiac. I can’t get enough of it when my husband sprays his neck after his shower, and he does it that way on purpose because he knows I will press up against him and stay there, breathing in the intoxicatingly fresh scent. Aquatic, youthful but manly, sexy clean scent.

I first smelt this when a friend tried masking the scent of marijuana on him, i was attracted instantly, when i first received my spray from scent box, i was very happy & love the smell of this. if i were to try and describe the smell, it’s like a type of sea spray with a good amount of elegance-ish scent. definitely recommend!

I gave it a 3 in an half stars because of the short longevity. Other than that this is a great clean, classic, casual frangance. I love the intial notes and the projection is solid. I received a few compliments, but don't expect it to last more than 4hrs. Will buy the intense version full bottle for this upcoming summer.

This is by far one of my all time favorites except it lasts about 1/2 hour. Smells like an airy mixture of pepper and grapefruit. Absolutely perfect. Smells nothing like D&G PH

The best aquatic out there for the Summer. Better than Acqua Di Gio. I don't like acquatic scents, but fell in love with this one!

Don't be fooled by the comments that this is a citrus/aquatic. Only the topnotes are such, and they quickly fade into a fairly peppery accord that is fairly intense. It would be nice if the citrus notes carried over into the development longer. Many seem to knock LBPH because they were expecting something different instead of on its merits. This isn't as rich as By or as complex as D&G, but it's good nonetheless.

Very strong citrus base notes fade to a subtle powdery spice. Light Blue is more complex then other reviewers give credit for, which may be because of the strong citrus base. It does fade fairly quickly on me (@4hrs), but overall a great daytime, fresh scent.

Well, initial notes is great. It gives you a feeling of elegance and confidence. Gives off great initial notes. But it dries down to a scent which Polo Black by RL already has. Base notes is common and it molecule were already been out in the air for months. It would have great if the base notes was original. By the way, base notes of Polo Black has more character in it than this has.

I personally love this scent. I wouldn't consider it overly unique. But even still, an excellent cologne in my opinion.

This is more Navy Blue than Light Blue. Too bad my girl thought this was in my buy list and gifted it to me. Not quite to my liking as far as fresh summer scents go. I do agree with previous posts saying Light Blue resembles Polo Blue on the drydown and I don't like that. Good job it's much subtler than Polo Blue but it still carries too much of citrus through the drydown. Though it manages to be light and pleasant smelling. It also reminds me a bit of Lacoste Pour Homme. Nothing much else to shout about, just an okay every day type cologne here and frankly everyone expected so much more from the male version after the hit with women's one, came out just average. :(

This seems to be the kind of scent that you either really like, or you really dislike. I personally love it, and so does everyone one else I have come into contact with while wearing it. I give this a 5 star rating due to the good attention this has given me. I personally love it.

I purchased this being a HUGE fan of both Dolce&Gabbana Pour Homme and By by Dolce&Gabbana. I thought they would surpass the origianl pour homme fragrance. I was greatly disappointed. I purchased it being the loyal Dolce&Gabbana fan that I am. It can be mistaken for many other typical men's fragrances. It's okay... but will never compare to the original. May I just ask... WHY GOD DID THEY STOP MAKING BY by DOLC&GABBANA?????

I do not like this at all. Very generic aquatic-citrus, nothing special to remark on. I wish men's fragrances would start to move away from these chemical aquatic-citrus messes they keep bringing out and move towards more unique, rich fragrances.

Overrated! The D&G name is the draw to this scent. Smells decent but no originality like the original. I find it quite similar to Polo Blue on drydown. Saleslady agreed with me on this one!

At first, I didn't think the latest for D&G would fit my style, but I quickly changed my mind when I has some time to mix with it during the workday. Very refreshing and subtle as opposed to the stronger notes I may use during a night out or a special moment.

get real. this is a definate over statement for another run of the mill decent frseh scent. i don't really pick up the spice as i do in aquaman and bvlgari's aqva ahich are better than this overpriced failure.

Lemon, ginger, powder. Those notes are dominant in this fragrance. I'm not giving full score because the top note doesn't fit well on my skin. It smells like puke but amazingly after several minutes, it turns softer, elegant, and powdery. For the base note lemon and powder are dominant.

Was looking forward to smelling this for a while. Unfortunately, I was bitterly disappointed when I finally got around to trying it. In short, a generic citrus bomb with no staying power...

Another winner by Dolce & Gabbana. Not what I expected when compared to the women's perfume. Light, crisp and a fresh scent that isn't too strong but smooth and subtle. I have a number of blue scents that I wear and I find this to be one of the best. Compared to Polo Blue this is better, Polo Blue to me is a bit warm & spicy for my taste. Whereas, DBLB is light with a hint of citrus that stands out. Just like Polo Blue but a lighter version with a hint of citrus as one of the notes. I still prefer DGPH over DGLB ... for now. A nice clean and fresh scent, versatile can be worn anytime. I think I might have found a replacement for Polo Blue. I will be adding this to my list of colognes to get. 5 stars *****

ANOTHER WONDERFUL CREATION BY D&G. THIS ONE SEEMS MORE VERSATILE THAN THE ORIGINAL SO IT CAN BE USED FOR DAILY USE. I WILL GET THIS VERY SOON...

I sprayed some of this scent on my arm in the mall and it smells very fresh airy and citrusy.A little over priced but for a D&G fan its all good.Gonna get it after I run out of Nautica Voyage. Suprisingly its long lasting and doesnt give me headache just way I like it
