Beautiful scent, but doesn't last long at all

Love this fragrance! Many comments about lack of longevity but my son could still smell this in my bathroom hours later asking ‘what’s that gorgeous smell?’!’

Very strong old smelling rose scent. Gave me an instant migraine. I do not recommend.

Pros- fresh, green, floral and summery Cons- sharp basenote doesn't blend well with the rest of the scent

Sophisticated and spa-like, this has been a favorite of mine since I was 15 years old in the 90s. The name translates to perfume of summer, and I think it smells sharply aquatic. Thanks to Scentbox for the chance to remember it for a month as an adult. I would say it's better for the office and atmospheres where no one's eating, it can be sharp and strong. May not mix with food well. This scent still makes me feel like donning haute couture and going out.

Smells like old lady perfume

I should have known this was not for me because of the sandalwood base. I thought I'd take a chance, but it doesn't work on me. All I can smell is overwhelming sandalwood and nothing else. It smells like an old fashioned mens cologne. Anything with even the tiniest bit of sandalwood does this to me, it must be my body chemistry. I will be returning this.

There isn't a lot of scents I don't like on scentbox, but this one is totally unappealing for me. It's smells like men's aftershave to me. I even asked my husband if it was just me, or did it smell like aftershave to him. He agreed with me. Returned item. Not my style.

Too sharp & powdery for me.

From the scent notes I thought I would really like this. It is certainly floral, but a muddled floral. I cannot clearly discern the individual notes and to me, the combination is confusing. I cannot smell lily of the valley as others can. I smell primarily something that is deep and dark, some combination I think of the hyacinth and peony. It is not unpleasant exactly, just not something I would wear. I let a friend try it and she liked it, claimed she could smell the lily of the valley, so I gave it to her. On me it is strong at first and the dry down takes a long time, couple of hours. Then finally a lighter, clearer floral scent comes out. But not special enough to wait for.

Beautiful scent, just enough range that it keeps out of the boring range. I only wish it lasted longer on the skin!

My favorite scent I have received so far. It starts out floral scented and ends out settling into a sophisticated, sexy amber yet fresh scent. Perfect for spring and summer.

Definitely Lily of the Valley hits my nose first. It’s very potent yet not as to overpower. As time goes by it softly fades into you which I love. Mature scent not for the young

I love, love, love this scent and it’s long lasting too. Sweet but delicate.

This would be a very nice scent except the first 10 to 20 minutes it smells like something my grandmother wore. After the drying period it had a pleasant smell. But that first 30 minutes was enough to make me gag. Sending it back.

Smells exactly like a Port-a-potty, not what I want to be wearing. Had to return.

Love this. Very fresh and light. It is slightly different than the orginal version but still very nice.

I love this fragrance! On me, I mainly get the lily-of-the-valley notes, with a hint of hyacinth coming through. Soft and light but not powdery, it seems like it would be a good scent for early spring.

It may just be me, but all I can smell is hyacinth from start to finish. I love the smell of fresh hyacinths but want a more complex scent if I'm wearing it and I was hoping for more of the peony and jasmine to stand out. It's a wonderful smell, but not on me.

I understand that this is a reformulation. If so it is noticeable difference from the original. This metallic, very short lasting, almost unpleasant.

It’s so strong smell, mix of may-lily and cat litter box..... just not my type.....

It smells so wonderfully floral I wish I could keep it under my nose forever. Unfortunately, it is NOT long lasting and fades away quickly. Tragic!

I love the grassy scent , it’s light, mildly floral , I just wish it lasted longer.

This scent was classified as "sexy" and being mid-30s I was about that. But this perfume smelled like my grandma. I ended up returning it and exchanging it for a different scent.

On me this scent is very soft and light and reminds of the forest after it rains. Very clean and suitable for any occasion. Also I consider it to be very office friendly.

Very fresh, very appropriate for spring. I've generally been a fan of the Kenzo perfumes I've gotten and this doesn't disappoint. It's just a little short lived.

I wasn’t a fan of this fragrance....I was a light scent white I did like. But it also smelled a bit like pencil shavings in a pencil sharpener. It could just be me or it didn’t work well with my body chemistry. It was just this undertone that I didn’t really care for. Not horrible though.

I like the freshness of it but it is not my favorite.

Liked it alot. But not one i would buy a large bottle
