It’s…..it’s…spicy,I guess. Not trying to be funny but you know that smell you get when you walk into a pet store and you walk down the hamster aisle. Yeah, that spicy, woodsy smell….well that’s what it smelled like on me so it’s a BIG NO!…..

If a guy was wearing it, I would say oh he smells Good.

Nice patchouli fragrance but the other notes don't really come through for me. I like it a lot for layering but it lacks something on its own.

It's a pleasant smelling fragrance, but not my style. I usually like the perfumes by Lalique, but this one is low on my list. I'm not returning, but I won't reorder either.

It was way too masculine! I even had to wash my jacket because my test spray got on it. Smelled like bug spray.

Fragrance notes are all over the place. Can't tell id it's supposed to be soft, spicy or floral. A little too heavy at best.

Don’t like it. When first sprayed it smacked me soo hard in the face with something that did not cooperate with my nose. To to mature for me and I’m in my 50’s.

Not for me. Way too masculine with a very rosin-ey delivery. No floral notes that I could detect. Never seem to get to the bottom notes.

I absolutely love Lalique Amethyst, it's got a soft, sensual smell I have gotten a lot of positive remarks on it. This is one of my signature perfumes.

It's a no for me. It's super heavy and takes a long time to mellow. I also don't care for patchouli, and that's all I can smell when I put it on. I really wanted to like it.

This does seem more masculine than feminine. I don't dislike the scent but it isn't for me. My husband said it's too feminine for him.

Such an understated beauty and very natural smelling. Like freshly shaved cedar and the softest wild rose - could easily be unisex.

Un-wearable. I had high hopes for this but I couldn't stand it. A scrubber for sure. I cannot even describe how yucky this was.

For a few weeks I wasn't sure if I like our disliked this fragrance. It's definitely grown on me. But now I find myself reaching for it quite often. It's spicy and woodsy notes makes it feel very boho/natural. I would consider buying this fragrance.

Upon initial spray this perfume is strong - industrial strength pine scent which I nor the others around me enjoyed very much. Once the perfume dries down, it becomes quit lovely and unique - a dry, mossy, powdery, rose. This is definitely not a safe blind buy perfume and the name Perles (pearls) does not fit this fragrance at all.

This has grown on me over a couple of days but is definitely unique and not for everyone. Very strong when I first spray it, but dries down to a softer scent that is fresh but not powdery and that's why I like it. Has a masculine feel to me, but I'm okay with that for daytime/office- strikes me as a sophisticated scent. Not for the clubs.

It was kind of...bitter for my taste. My daughter said it smells more of a 60+ grown woman scent so not sure how you would take that but I can only say it was not the worst and definitely not the best.

Would give a zero if it was an option! Too strong and reminds me of something an old lady would wear. Worst scent I’ve gotten in my calendar.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Strong, strong smell that rips at your nose. It calms down after a few hours, but the smell is just weird. Like a very strong, rotten fruit smell.

I did not like this at all. It's very strong and in my opinion, unpleasant. I was really looking forward to trying this one out, but it was not for me. To each their own.

Whether or not someone loves a scent is, of course, very subjective. I personally did not like the fragrance at all-it reminded me of a Clinique fragrance, Aromatiques, which I absolutely detested. But that's me. Someone else may love it.

I like wearing it because I love woodsy, amber and earthy scents. I am not a powdery person. when I wear it, it makes me feel like I am smelling a great smelling man. so oddly, I like the smell, but do not feel very feminine in it. I will and am wearing it and like it, but I am not in love with it.

Spicy and delightful

Absolutely love this scent. Is warm and woods and has great lasting power. Definitely a favorite from now on. Recommend if you like earthy scents.

i reallly love lalique i ordered yesterday but i still didnt receive an email is that fine?

I have worn this since I found it Dubai duty free. Very sophisticated and complex. Sillage good, wears close to the skin. Attracts comments from both sexes, my husband also sneaks the odd spray as works well on men too despite being marketed for females.
