I like this one. It’s unique. It’s classy. I don’t love it like some of my other creed fragrances but I’ll still use up this travel size.

Reading the reviews I feel like it depends on your body chem how this will pull. On my skin it smells like really good hairspray and perfume... like the herbal essence mouse or hairspray that would be a super expensive special edition or something. After dry-down it pulls soapy in me. I get the berries. I never smelled anything like it... but I do love it..I will layer it with a sweet or tart fruity lotion so that I can enhance some of the berries in this. It smells really good.

I didn’t like it. Old lady ish in smell. Somewhat offensive. I don’t think the ingredients meshed well

i'll give a a solid 3. i like it but it smells sorta spicy to me. my husband doesn't think it smells spicy but it does to me. a decently solid scent i'd wear in fall or winter. I do love Love in White which i think is why i rated this one a bit lower. i think i was trying to compare it. down side is the longevity. i find creed fragrances never last very long

I love it. I didn’t know there could be a combination of light yet strong. It sprays on strong but leaves a light scent throughout the day. I see this as a year round scent too not just a winter scent.

Black Creed I just love the smell definitely a buy!

The perfume smells great, but 5 minutes later I can't even smell it on my wrist. I'm going to give it to a friend

I knew I wanted to try this fragrance after learning it was inspired by Jackie O. A classic beauty, and a quintessential American fashion icon of the 1960s. When I smelled the fragrance from a testing paper, my first impression was that it reminded me of those Mr. Sketch scented markers from childhood, not a specific flavor but maybe an amalgamation of some sweeter fruity ones. However, on the skin this fragrance smells totally different and completely refined. The violet and iris notes lean very mature, but there is a Bulgarian rose note that is more noticeable on the dry down, and that helps balance the overall scent. The notes harmonize beautifully after an hour of wear. Overall, this is a lovely scent.

I did not like this smell at all, i smelled like a funeral home. Good thing the scent did not last long.

my girlfriend and I love this fragrance

It has that something I just couldn't learn to like. It has a strong but yet light scent (if that is even a thing). Kind of "old lady" vibes. And I am not at the old lady fragrance stage yet!!!

When I was younger someone was handing out samples of Insolence by Guerlain in Disney World and I have never stopped thinking about that scent. When I saw that some reviews of Love in Black by Creed compared the two as somewhat similar I was pumped because I loved the scent and I LOVE Creed. This scent smells like money and sex and violets and woods. It smells like Insolence grew up and decided to go goth. 5 out 5 stars!

This scent is too heavy on the clove for my taste. It has a spicy, mature character to it that I don’t love.

This is a unique blend of violet and loveliness...inspired by the dark-haired beauty Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis. I always get compliments when I wear it.
