I really wanted to like this, but I found it a bit too strong for my liking. I hoped it might be a bit lighter and more powdery.

I love this scent it reminds me of fresh warm linens mixed with light aqua notes. I like layering this with something sweet like Prada Candy

I absolutely LOVE all of the Cleanperfumes but Warm Cotton is by far my favorite! It's attributes are fresh, yet it's warm, sits close to the skin and blends well with my own natural scent. It's perfect for summer!

At first there is a lemony cleaning smell but then it turns in to just like the description says...warm cotton..smells like fresh laundry !!

This definitely has the typical "clean cotton" smell, very much like the Bath and Body Works scent. I like it but only in very small amounts. I try to spray the lightest amount I can, otherwise it's overpowering and smells like I used wayyy too much fabric softener plus beads plus dryer sheets.

If you're looking for fabric softener scent, this is it. In the best possible way!

by far my most favourite scent ive received with my subscription. its very light and fresh but still lasts very long. smell like you just took your clothes out of the dryer and put them on right away.

You either love it or you hate it. To some, it could smell like cleaning supplies, to others it smells like fresh laundry. Hit or miss but personally I think it's a nice scent for other things other than perfume.

It’s a nice cozy clean smell. It’s not an everyday perfume for me, but definitely one that I will use often.

Not quite sure how this is "warm" cotton - but it does smell like fresh laundry when using a highly fragranced laundry detergent. Certainly not the type of scent to wear by itself, as it smells exactly like a bottle of Febreeze, but I like the idea that it could be worn in combination with another scent. I'll keep this in my purse as an emergency bathroom spray, haha!

I will try mixing the fragrance to see if its better based on the other reviews. However, I prefer scents that I can wear with or without mixing fragrances. It smells like a lemon cleaning product.

I hated this at first. I thought it was too strong and smelled like detergent. However, I took the advice of one of the reviews below and layered this with other perfumes... I love it now. It really compliments other scents. While I'll never wear this alone it def has a place.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS FRAGRANCE!!! I have used it since 2013 to “wardrobe” my perfumes. So many negative reviews on here! It is NOT meant to be a wear-alone fragrance! It DOES smell like the best laundry detergent you could ever find, but it is meant to have that clean and fresh out of the shower scent to add and compliment your other fragrance. It lasts ALL day and I get compliments everywhere I go, and still to this day! My son and husband will even use it as a stand-alone scent because it is a unisex laundry scent (they just like the women complimenting them, lol). Give it a shot, and worse case scenario….I even use it to spray my furniture and car seats when I want to take a break from the ‘wardrobing’ of my perfumes. Trust me…use your own judgement, and don’t trust those negative reviews.

Too much cloying laundry smell

This scent is just awful. Smells similar to an air freshener and that is exactly what I will be using it for. It's fine for freshening the home but not to be worn on the body.

Waaaay too over powering. Smells like an extremely concentrated fresh linen mixed with pinsol and lemon wood polish spray. I wouldn't spray this on myself but if you want your laundry sheets to smell super clean fresh out the dryer, two squirts will do the job lol. Use cautiously.

Smells like Lysol or soapy water. Yikes

This smelled like pine sol honestly . It has too much a lemon smell. I hate it.

Um, a smelled too much like air freshener. Not unpleasant, just not good in a perfume. You might give your laundry room a spritz with it.

If you don't like the smell of warm towels from the dryer then don't pick this and then complain.. I really like this and would buy a bottle.. I like to spray on my bed a few mins before hopping in at night

Clean scent for sure however not "warm". I would liken this sent to something like scented Windex. It is a cool cleaning agent type of scent versus a soft warm fragrance. The smell isn't bad but I find the name to be misleading. Overall I give it a 3 because it doesn't smell bad just not what I expected.

It’s a lovely smell. I don’t love it on me. It smells more like a room spray than a perfume to me. I use it in my car or as a bathroom spray.

Definitely smells like lemon cleaner, awful. I love lemon scents but this is like house cleaner.

Smells like Lysol

I don't like it. It's like a really strong soap smell that won't come off. I guess it has longevity but the smell is a no for me.

It smells like someone dumped all the cleaning products together in one bucket and the smell is so so strong, you just had to get out of the room quickly! I can take strong smells but if you are sensitive when it comes to smell, I would not recommend this scent.

This fragrance is straight up clean laundry scent in a bottle. It smells great, but not really a fragrance I would want to wear on purpose. I smells really good, but again it is not what I would want as a perfume. Also that lemon verbena is STRONG in this one.

Smells like fresh laundry. Not bad because I love the smell of fresh laundry. But if you aren’t actively moving around and just sitting still, the smell can be a little overwhelming. I would get it again though.

It is good, at first it smells like a very citrusy cleaner, but the longer you gave it on the more you start to like it because of the clean smell it gives off.

This one is also one that easily smells just like fresh clean laundry out of the dryer but not overpowering. Does smell warmer than the cool version of the scent. I think it makes me feel comfortable, like it brings back a positive sense of nostalgia.

LOVE clean/fresh scents and this was right up my alley. I do agree that it initially smelled more citrus-y than anything else, but after a few minutes it soaked in and smelled great for hours. It makes me think of nice warm clothes fresh from the dryer.

I am actually a huge fan of this scent. The name may be a bit misleading as it is not a "cottony (AKA musky)" scent at all but it is lovely. It's fresh and clean and lasts for hours. My favorite thing about this perfume is that it is sort of androgynous like CK1 where it can be as good on a woman as it can be on a man. Highly recommended.

Clean Cotton was not for me, but it does smell like what the name says . Not sure what I was expecting but I did not like the smell .

Smells like fresh laundry. Light and wearable. I love the smell of fresh linen or cotton, so this is one of my favorites.

Received my Clean Warm Cotton scent in the mail today. I am torn with this one. What I smelled initially was a lot of citrus and green..which smelled a LOT like household cleaner. It mellowed out some and I can smell a slight clean laundry scent now.. similar to an expensive clean cotton candle scent. I sprayed on my skin and clothing. The scent on my skin is nice. The scent on my clothes still smells like cleaner. Its a nice 2-3 spray last all day perfume. Wouldn't purchase a large bottle but glad I tried it.

It smells like an old lady's perfume.. I was so looking forward to my scent box coming in the mail. Then it arrived and it's nothing like the description of the perfume. I have to put two or three other perfumes mixed with it so I don't just smell like an old lady. Lol Canceled my subscription because of it! One star! If I could give none I would. $10 down the tube

Preface: I am a multiple scent wearer depending on mood. I was super excited to try the clean line. I am not a fan of this. To me it smells like a household cleaner. I’m giving it a mediocre rating because it lasts a long time and only requires a single spritz. Maybe it’ll work better with your pheromones than it did mine!

I am addicted to clean/fresh smelling perfumes. I have been hunting for the perfect scent and have spent way too much money doing so....I have to say when I found this scent my search was over! I just love how clean and warm this smells, truly just like it claims...just like a t-shirt out of the dryer or clothes fresh from the line. I get lots of complements and people asking me "what are you wearing?!" I always pull it out of my purse and show them....because I can't stand to be without it! This is the best fragrance EVER!!!!! I will always have a bottle of this in my collection.
