Althair is an elixir that is both warm and fresh, gourmand and light, with an unexpected rush of vanilla, citrus, spices, and noble woods. A sequence of ingredients that reveal one another before ultimately becoming one in a dazzling projection on the skin. A scent of elegant hedonism that can seduce both men and women.

Elegance starts from the top with an aromatic combination of citruses and spices, orange flower, sparkling bergamot, warm cardamom and evocative cinnamon. The overdose of vanilla beans brings a very refined, warm and textured addiction in the heart. To achieve this elegant and modern signature, there was a combination of the sensual note's amber, woods, and leather, contrasted with notes of clean and fresh musk. Top notes are Cinnamon, Cardamom, Orange Blossom and Bergamot. Middle notes are Bourbon Vanilla and elemi. Base notes are Praline, Musk, Ambroxan, Guaiac Wood, Tonka and Candied Almond.

PDM Althair is a decent gourmand fragrance. It starts overly sweet with vanilla and amber, but the dry down becomes stale. You end up smelling old instead of classical. You would be better off going to Oajan as the dry down is much cleaner.

This is second only to Pegasus as being PDM's best winter frag. Its yet another Amber Vanilla, but its done well.

I’d go 3.5 honestly. It smells good but it’s faint to me. I enjoyed wearing it but didn’t last long for me and the scent is so subtle I barely know I’m wearing it. Which may be a good thing. But I will continue to wear it every now and then.

Pretty nice scent. Slightly reminds me of baccarat 540 but less sweet. Overall smells great but seems the scent doesn’t last long.

Amazing! at first, I thought it was vanilla dunes instead of althair because they have the same opening, but when you compare the two side-by-side, althair last longer. it’s way more buttery. that candied opening goes away while vanilla dunes opening still lingers & the sillage strength fades away. Altair lasted for about 6-8 hrs then stayed close till the next day until i washed my clothes.!. no compliments but i liked it????
