Bois du Portugal by Creed is an Oriental Woody fragrance for men, inspired by the fragrant trees of Portugal. Bois du Portugal was launched in 1987. The nose behind this fragrance is Olivier Creed Sixth Generation.The word millesime appears on many CREED fragrance bottles and is a mark of quality. The millesime designation means that the best crops from a particular year’s harvest were used in the creation of that particular bottle of Creed fragrance.This warm and rich fragrance enchants with opening notes of bergamot, a lavender heart, and a complex woody base of Mysore sandalwood, vetiver ambergris and cedar.

Very nice opening the dry down is where the magic is very nice smooth dry down not over powering but very nice and like all other creed fragrances you can definitely smell that it is a top notch luxury niche fragrance.

By far one of my favourite. It smells clean, it lasts forever. It is a bit strong at first, but it gets better as it stays on your skin. Would highly recommend even if it is a bit on pricier end

A very pleasant scent certainly and I enjoyed it very much like a piece of music one might hear while on holiday in Portugal. However, when I return from my holiday I'm not likely to ever think of that melody I heard in passing. This fragrance is a background scent and as such it's excellent. Pity it fades so quickly as I might of lingered a bit longer in it's beauty.

Seriously, this lasted 12+ hrs on my skin. Wasn’t expecting this, and I’m not sure if it’s just my skin chemistry or what, but it lasted forever! This is a classic scent I can appreciate, but after a couple wearings I need to experiment more to see if it’s really for me. That’s what this site is all about:)

Right out of the bottle the scent is not great to my nose. A super complex smell that wasn’t pleasant. Within a few minutes it opened up to something wonderful. I’ve only tried a few decent scents, but this one is a step above the rest in terms of how satisfying and interesting the smell is. I’m very happy with it as a late 30s man.
