As someone who usually steers clear of vanilla-based fragrances, I wasn’t sure what to expect from Lancôme Idôle Aura—but wow, this perfume completely surprised me. It’s an exquisite blend of vanilla and florals that feels effortlessly elegant yet playful. The initial spray is quite bold and powdery, which might feel overwhelming at first, but don’t let that fool you. Give it time to settle into your skin, and you’ll be rewarded with a warm, creamy, and beautifully balanced scent. The salted vanilla note takes center stage, but it’s softened and elevated by the delicate rose and jasmine, making it a truly unique fragrance. The dry-down is where the magic happens. Once it mellows, Idôle Aura becomes the perfect warm vanilla floral, cozy yet sophisticated. It’s radiant, versatile, and just sweet enough to feel feminine without being cloying. I absolutely love it and can’t get enough. If, like me, you’re not typically drawn to vanilla-dominant scents, this one might just change your mind. It’s a modern, warm, and luminous perfume that strikes a perfect balance between comfort and confidence.
It’s okay but I don’t like the powder like spray to it. It’s not like the regular bottle.
I absolutely love this scent...only wished it lasted longer
NO! I was so excited for this one, but it was a disappointment. It is an overpowering powdery floral. Mature scent, did not feel like a summer scent. Wore it once and regretted it.
I’m surprised that I like this one this much since I’m not a big rose lover. But there is something about it that I really enjoy and it’s not that typical rose that puts me off. Only thing is it’s very light and the longevity is not the best but you can’t always have everything.
It was pretty but not for me.
It's pretty but not something I would wear. I like floral sometimes but this was strong in a way I don't know how to describe. I was hoping it would be a fresher scent but I did not get that from it. It's not at all a bad scent if you enjoy floral fragrances.
Surprisingly I loved this floral. On me other people seemed to smell it more. (Didn't mind that at all) it's truly and everyday fragrance.
I think it's subtly sweet. But doesn't last as long other Lancome scents.
This was sickening sweet and overpowering. I like original Idole but this version took it in the wrong direction. Reminds me of what my grandma would wear in the 80s to cover up her smoke smell.
It's a nice scent, it doesn't mix very well with my skin and pheromones so I'm exchanging it. But it is nice.
