Nishane
Wulong Cha is a vibrant, woody fig tea with a refreshing twist of citrus to give it sparkle. It opens with an Earl Grey type of freshness, with black tea leaves oily with bergamot, orange, and an exotic, fruity lift that is not immediately identifiable that would be the litchi. But the heart is pure Oolong, a smoky tea full of delicate, nutty roasted flavors, and a slight but noticeable milkiness. The introduction of the fig note in the heart adds to this impression of milkiness. It smells beautifully like a freshly snapped fig leaf, green and oozing with fig sap.
What a lovely balance of tannins, fruit, and milk this is. We like Wulong Chá because it has both the clean, fresh transparency we've come to expect from great tea fragrances, but also a sweet, figgy milkiness that rounds off any sharp corners. In the later stages, a gauzy white musk, as soft as a pillow and spiced gently with nutmeg, wraps everything up in a light, silky embrace. Wulong Cha is a refreshing wear, especially in summer, but it's also insanely soothing. Strictly to be worn with a white linen shirt and a mint julep in hand.

Really lovely fresh scent! On me not the longest lasting but really enjoyed the fresh tea note. Good uplifting daytime scent.
Nice citrus-y fragrance but I don't get any tea. Wish it had better longevity.
It’s not a bad fragrance but I think it’s been copied and I swear it smells like my kids orthodontist office and my neighborhood goodwill. They both use a commercial scent machine. I have to exchange this one.
Smells like when you walk into Lululemon. Given it a 3 because personally it's not an aftershave smell but I don't dislike it.
It's a beautiful fragrance if you like florals. However, I don't see how this can be marketed as unisex--it's extremely feminine. I had to give it away.
It smells like 1600 teatime on a rainy afternoon.
This scent is refreshingly beautiful! I am surprised I love it so much because I usually go for more gourmand or fruity florals, but this is it! The tea scent is so calming yet potent—the perfect spring/summer scent. I want to purchase the whole bottle.
I love Wulong Cha. It’s perfect for spring and summer.
Smells kinda orange juicy to me. I wish I smelled more tea. Doesn't change much and it's stronger than I anticipated (not a bad thing). Safe but not fb worthy.
Gorgeous scent. It is fresh and cozy at the same time. It is citrusy and the green tea note is very prominent. It develops into a beautiful tea skin scent that can be paired with something sweet or powdery. I will definitely splurge for a full bottle for my college.
Loved the citrus and tea notes in here. Never thought I would fall in love with tea in my perfumes, this is my second one next to BDK Gris Charnel (tea and fig) that I've fallen head over heals with. This is a beautiful spring/summer scent.
Leans feminine.
Appealing citrusy tea (more citrus than tea). Leans a little too feminine for me personally, but it's still a nice scent.
Smells too much like a box of tea bags. Which I guess is what they were going for, But it's not for me.
I love this fragrance and it projects so well. Definitely a compliment getter but you have to like fresh citrusy fragrances with tea notes.
Very green- think fresh cut grass. It smells nice, but I’m not sure I want to smell like grass. I’ll finish the bottle though, and see how it wears in warmer weather
Very very green and citrusy. Not super tea like but it still smells like that. A lot of bergamot. I didn’t really like it, but I am biased as I don’t like green fragrances in general. Still good quality fragrance just not for me
I LOVE this scent and I get so many compliments when I wear it. It’s starts as a clean green but evolves to a sweet white musk. It’s light enough to wear to sort but also distinctive and alluring enough to turn heads.
It's more feminine than masculine, but I love this scent. It's last forever on your skin. It's a floral and cirtus scent to me.
strong tee & citrus notes- just a little too strong for me
Not my favorite. Bought it for my boyfriend and his Son. They say to feminine but…. I’m not convinced either
A green citrus-y tea scent. It dries down nicely.
Fabulous! Absolutely spectacular fragrance! It starts a bit bitter, but don’t worry; the dry down is amazing. A classic citrus scent with a musky-fig dry down. The perfect summer scent.
This isn’t unpleasant and through the decant smells lovely. Wearing it just wasn’t enjoyable enough for me to warrant it anything more than 3 stars. I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to put it on. It’s just a bit too flat for me, no complexity. Also it’s not feminine enough for me but it’s decidedly unisex. It’s just a comfortable safe perfume I suppose. Not saying it’s not unique. There’s just nothing that really fascinates me about it. And no it doesn’t smell like house cleaner. Though it’s got the lemon. It smells weak to me out of the bottle, I sometimes wonder if the high notes in perfumes get compromised when shipped in high heat as I think *might* happened with my decantdecant. Most likely I’m a bit immune to the smell.
This perfume smells very green and fruity to me. Like a fresh pressed juice at a health food joint. I do like it and it's quite unique.
I don't know how to feel about this fragrance. Sometimes I love it, sometimes i feel like it smells weird on me.
A lovely citrusy tea fragrance. It’s a tad sharp in the opening but dries down beautifully.
A simple tea fragrance with bitter citrus. It smells much better in the dry down than initial spray. It smells like a watered down tea bag, which is nice, just very simple.
So so so good! Perfect every day just right for any occasion scent. Depth without being heavy and overwhelming but not simple. Full bottle worthy. Don’t worry about the notes, if you like citrus you’ll like this!
Don’t love it nor hate it smells like a hotel spa with the tea dry down
Still playing with this scent. The tea note seems overpowering to my nose. I want to like it, the combination of citrus and tea is lovely for the summer and I was surprised in the dry down the tea seemed to get stronger and started to bother me. I will try spraying lighter the next few wears and see if it changes.
This scent is LOVELY. I've never had a tea fragrance before, but it creates a perfect blend of earthy/fresh citrus. The initial spray, the tea is very strong but it mellows quickly and the dry down is divine. Worthy of a full bottle purchase, I'm so glad I tried this one.
Starts off pretty strong than mellows out. Lasts a long time and the smell is just fantastic!
I love it
This is wonderful and quite different than other perfumes! It has a very clean, fresh scent reminiscent of grapefruit and smoky, roasted tea. I'm not sure I pick up on the fig but I have not smelled fig leaf or sap yet. There's definitely an earthy sweetness there, green leaf and nutmeg. It was initially a bit too much at full strength for me but I'm enjoying it more and more. I love the fresh, subtle cloud that it creates after it settles down. I think this would be nice on just about anyone. The quality is good- it is a strong fragrance with good longevity. A little does go a long way. It feels perfect for daytime and very summery!
I love this in the air. It smells like a smooth citrusy, and slightly sweetened green tea. On skin, after it dries down it smells like a wood stick that's been sitting outside for a while. I love this, but I'm not sure if I need it just yet. If I didn't have a two tea fragrances, this would be an easy buy. This has pretty good strength, and great longevity. Love this.
This fragrance smells really nice but has very little longevity
Beautiful scent! Great blend of citrus and spices. Not overwhelming on the green side. Highly recommend this fragrance.
I love the blend of soft citrus with the notes of tea. The musk is very very light. My only problem with this is that the longevity is nonexistant. Skin scent within 2-3 hours, undetectable after 4-6 hours.
so fresh and clean very lovely
This is a true “fancy hotel” smell. It is clean and with a lemon smell and a bit of tea. Truly a green fragrance. Nothing powdery or musk to this fragrance at all. If you are looking for a straight no nonsense green tea lemon fragrance, look no further. People say the silage is dynamic but I find it to be more moderate.
This is a gorgeous warm weather scent. Smells like citrus iced tea.
Smells like summer!! It also lasts all day, without being too overpowering.
not my style of fragrance. although it has a rich scent. In my opinion not a masculine fragrance. I'm not a fan of unisex scents.
Fantastic warm weather scent. Transports me to someplace sunny and beautiful. It hasn’t been mentioned in the reviews here so far but def pick up a fig note
This one surprised me. Stylish, fresh, greenish. Starts off heavy on the citrus, smells like blood orange or grapefruit to me. Advances to a somewhat dark tea scent. Longevity is moderate, projection isn’t far but it sits very evenly. Stylish is my keyword for this one.
It’s such a throwback to Elizabeth Arden’s “Green Tea”. It’s very bergamot/citrus-heavy as well which clearly isn’t for everyone. I can’t wait to smell this in the summer. It’s a fresh, clean winner!
Beautiful citrus tea fragrance! Perfect for spring/ summer!
This scent seems very high quality to me but my only problem was that it’s very heavy on the citrus. Almost smelling like a cleaning product, but no chemical feel what so ever. I’m just not a fan of overly clean scents, I also hoped I’d smell the tea note in here but I think it was overpowered.
Very fresh, citrusy scent. I was hoping for a stronger tea note with lychee, but I get more bergamot and orange than I do tea, and I don't detect the lychee at all. I think the tea note that is present is just there to ground the fragrance a bit. Honestly, this reminds me of Lime Basil & Mandarin by Jo Malone, so if you happen to know and like that fragrance, I think you would enjoy this. This fragrance reminds me more of a really nice bathroom diffuser than a perfume to wear on your body, personally. Overall, a likable, and well-balanced scent, but not my cup of tea (no pun intended).
I have never gotten so many compliments in my life. I absolutely love the tea note with the citrus- so bright and uplifting. I have gotten a compliment on Thai every single time I have worn it. Excellent longevity and sillage.
