Absolutely sexy and stunning fragrance. This is deep rich and warm and so very comforting! I will definitely look into a full bottle of this beauty. It is reminiscent of Serge Lutens Ambre Sultan which is one of my all time favorites!

This is the best profumum scent. Really really intoxicating and long lasting. Expensive and different but not weird. Clean bright opening with sweet notes then dries down to spicy wood. Have bought this twice now and will return!

I don't like it at all. It smells just like the incense that gets burned in church. Very masculine leaning.

I had to grab this one when I saw it available. This one I had sampled previously along with Amber 114 and Grand Soir, which both pale in comparison. Aurea's opening is spicy and full. There is a raisiny, smoke, fresh tobacco and leather accord that grounds this in a full, rich, resinous embrace. It has a dark syrupy smoldering quality of aged wood amber. It is a powerhouse fragrance that feels beautifully natural, authentic and soulful. This is easily my favorite amber that I have tried. After several hours, even the tiniest dab is still going strong. Some of the initial smoky, leathery nuances are faded but the amber heart is still humming along with warm, vibrant energy. Absolutely dazzling! It is spring now and the character of this fragrance is really suited for cold weather and heavier materials. I will probably wait to wear this in the fall in winter. It is a naturalistic scent that transcends gender and style.

Like being hit with a chunk of wood, and then a dirty amber accord. If it was Lattafa priced it would be cool, but it's extremely over-priced. So hard pass!

Very interesting deep long lasting beautiful dry downs. The opening I get from what I’m reading in other reviews on fragrantica is real ambregris. It’s very unique, intriguing to the nose but nothing I’d consider animalic or dirty. Lasts forever, leaves a really beautiful smell on clothes. For me Cold weather fragrance only. Probably along with Serge Lutens Ambre Sultan the most intriguing of the serious Ambers I’ve tried.

Real raw ambergris, metallic or dark incense scent. Hard to describe. Personally I love it even though it’s soooo unique that others might not. I found it’s also extremely useful in layering. Some of my other amber scents are just too sweet and cheap. This gives them depth and makes them wearable again.

Amber incense bomb, lots of patchouli, but soooooo sexy. I absolutely loved this, and kept getting whiffs of myself throughout the course of the day. Great scent! However - if you’re not a fan of patchouli, or the deep resins and smoke of incense, this might not be your bag. It is, to me, truly unisex, and I can see a man wearing this as comfortably as a woman. If this hasn’t put you off, it’s well worth a try. I so much love this house. They are true artists.
