Something about this reads very baby powder forward. It's smooth and dreamy and honestly, gorgeous, but I do get a nostalgic note that reminds me of motherhood. Not a bad thing, but a call out for sure

This one definitely smells more like frankincense & myrrh than it does the rave reviews or my other favorites from this fragrance house. Maison Francis Kurkdjian Oud Satin Mood is the perfect scent for bingo night, the Boston Tea Party, a visit to baby Jesus or even a luxurious ride on the Mayflower.

The most beautiful syrupy intense rose vanilla scent. It's a sugary candied rose like Turkish Delight candy, versus a floral or vegetal rose like you'd see in La Fille de Berlin. It is VERY strong. I am a big oversprayer but this is a two sprays and done scent. It is best when it's cooler outside because it's so sweet and strong. The BEST winter evening perfume there is.

It's giving me baby shower. The baby is definitely a rich baby though, its crib is from restoration hardware and it doesn't even cry on planes after getting used to them. Scent is soapy, pretty smooth. Leans a bit more feminine to me. First time wearing it, but 2 sprays is still going very strong about 5 hours in. Giving it a 3 because while it is a pleasant scent, I don't really know to what kind of occasion I'd wear this. Kind of strong to wear to the office, not very sporty, and not exactly something I'd wear on a date or a night out either as a guy. Other MFK scents have grown on me so I'll give this one the same chance, but those are my first impressions.

A very smooth oud scent. It is pretty and soft. I think it is the violet in the notes that makes this lean a little bit soapy on me. This scent turns into a luxury laundry detergent smell, which is not bad. For me personally I need a little less soap and more rose/vanilla.

This fragrance stands out among others I've collected. It is really assertive without being screechy and its longevity is admirable. This fragrance wants to persuade you that you are worthy of beautiful things. Believe it and you will really enjoy the experience of being wrapped in its warm embrace. Something in it and my skin do not pair well. The scent is not horrible to my nose, but rather my stomach because it makes me feel nauseated. Overly powdery smells do the same. It may be the bees knees for some, but it does nothing good for me.

This is not my usual type of fragrance. I usually do not like anything with Rose. I read some say that when it dried down it was really rosie but it was not like that one me. When I first sprayed I got a lot of Oud. But then it dried down very powdery on me. A little Rose but not a lot. I really love it.

On me it dried down to roses. I kept smelling my arm - a soapy rose smell, like the rose petal soaps my mom used to buy. I could only smell the oud when I first sprayed it. Sillage was moderate - I kept getting wafts of it during the day. Longevity was good, perhaps 5-6 hours. My boyfriend liked it but thought it would be better for nighttime or a date. I think I will try again, with less expectations of oud as the dominant scent.

Whew this baby is heavy and complex. I like it but it’s not a safe pick for everyone. It’s like rose, incense, baby powder and cotton candy all rolled into one scent. This is definitely a 2 spray max perfume as well otherwise you and everyone within a 10 mile radius will end up with a headache. Not suited for daytime wear. She’s complicated but she’s beautiful.

I did not receive this fragrance through Scent Box but I did sample it. Personally I’m not a huge fan because IMO it smells like cotton candy and I’m not big on sweet scents. However, if that is your vibe this is a great fragrance that lasts until the next morning!

I instantly fell in love with this. Smelled like the most expensive, decadent, exquisite bouquet of roses on me. I'm not even a rose scent kind of person, but this was delicious and warm and rich. I felt expensive and sophisticated.

Amazing scent. It gives off a comfortable or cozy feel like a warm blanket on a cold winter evening in front of a fireplace. I get oud and powdery vanilla mainly with very good longevity.
