It smells horrible. Not sexy at all

Best classic leather scent I’ve found.

Leather, yes, but a very soft and supple leather. Masculine ish, but definitely not macho... so skews toward unisex. I've seen a lot of reviewers mentioning smoke, and yes, but a very powdery smoke, so ash? Blandly handsome and suavely ambivalent. If you wear expensive Italian loafers without socks and always apply sunscreen, then this is your scent.

Strong at 1st then levels out and stays smelling good all day. 1-2 sprays will get the job done.

I actually really LOVE this fragrance. At first it's strong but when it dries down, it smells really sexy. It does smell funky after a couple days of sitting on your clothes though.

For men, it’s a great business professional fragrance. Mature masculine with a smoky sweetness. The leather really punches through up front and then the amber and gourmand resonates throughout the day in compliments to your natural smell, sweetening over time.

It’s a great scent, once it settles, the leathery after smell is gentle but strong. It’s one of those colognes that lingers around and and you’ll always recognize it and eventually fall in love with it. Definitely very masculine and sexy fragrance.

I have a love/hate relationship with this one. Upon initial application, there is a smell/odor that I someone compared to a plastic bag melting on hot tar. I thought that was someone being dramatic but I thought it smelled more like car exhaust. Once it dries down, I love it and can only smell leather and other fragrance. So, would I buy a full size? No. Should you try a sample? Definitely!

I want to give this a negative rating. It smell like someone sprayed cheap bathroom air freshener on a fresh slab of leather. It just lingers on your nose. If there was a luxury slaughterhouse, this would be it for what the show room smells like.

This cologne feels like it is invading my brain. It gives me a headache. It's almost a good smell, but it's so strong the things I don't like about it are difficult to ignore.

Not a unisex fragrance. This one's definitely for the guys, and it's currently my favorite cologne. Period. It does start a little strong, but once it settles Ombre Leather is silky smooth! It offers a pretty good duration too. I can work 8 hours, and still get compliments. I might just reup on this scent again for the fall. It's a banger!

One of the best smelling and longest lasting colognes I’ve had. It is obviously leather forward but the jasmine and amber really do shine as well in this cologne. It’s perfect for a night out or a nice dinner. One of my favorites by far.

It smells like my great great grandpa just came out of a department store after 10 days wearing all leather. It gave me a headache every time I smelt it. I tried to like it but it just wasn’t for me.

This claims to be unisex. However, I find it to be more on the masculine side. The smell just isn't for me. It has hints of leather for sure. I will not be using this in the future. I really wanted to like it but it's just not for me.

This is insanely strong. The first time I wore it, I used three sprays. It gave me a headache. As this drys down, the depth of the scent starts to come to life. It’s still definitely heavy leather, but the other notes start to sing and compliment the leather. I now only wear 1 spray, and it’s perfect. I can also smell it days later on any of my jackets that I wore it with.

Not unisex. Very masculine. This is addictive leather coat smelling cologne IF you can make it to the dry down If you like strong and bold this is for you. First 30 min I was literally nauseated wearing this with 2 sprays. I completed an exchange request thinking this was the worst cologne ever. Then after about 3 hours the dry down was awesome! I literally went from "worst ever" to " a favorite".

Ombre Leather starts out with lovely bergamot, then settles into leather and vanilla. Wish it had a larger room note, but adds to the maturity and allows for a wider occasion application.

Ok, this is one of my new favorites. The first spray I did I was overwhelmed with the leather scent, but after it's on the skin it smells incredible. Also, a new wife favorite, and I received several random compliments from other women.

Gosh, I just love this one. I am a woman who tends to gravitate towards unisex scents and this one presses all my buttons. The leather smells authentic and it was a sweet not-quiyr-floral-but-close dry down that isn't cloying. I sprayed this all over myself and my pillow before bed. It's just so good and makes me feel RICH.

This fragrance is very car leather immediately, and i agree with that as a complaint - but it blends into something very unique and mysterious. I would call its middle note a mysterious sweet-leather blueberry. Very much worth the try. It seems versatile to me, but may be a little too sexy for work.

The name does nail it; smells just like leather. I would say that I like the smell but probably not for an everyday winter cologne. I think it gives off an older man chomping on a cigar vibe. Not bad, but not amazing either.

Dark gentleman

I fell in love with this scent the moment I smelled it from a sample. This is actually why I signed up for scentbox, I couldn't afford the full size but so desperate to have at least a travel size, so I signed up, and I am SO glad I did! This smells basically what I imagine a motorcycle-riding vigilante smells like. It starts off with a bold leather scent, like a fresh new leather jacket The scent mellows out a little bit, allowing the jasmine to come out. There is a slight hint of cardamom and patchouli as well. It lasts ALL DAY, and thats even with me working 6-8 hours a day.

This definitely gives old man, & by that I mean 45/50+. I've been looking for more "mature" scents, and this was way more mature than I thought. Make sure to pair this scent with a cigar and a glass of scotch & you've got the whole vibe covered. If that's what you're going for, look no further, but outside of that its a "not yet" for me.

Older mature smell

I would give it a 5 if the floral notes weren’t so strong. LOVE the leather note, but my wife and I agree that this gives off memories of either something we smelled on someone in school and or church. I would definitely recommend for older people but just not for me

The wife loves this scent, which surprised me a bit. It's definitely a leathery smell, but she felt it was much softer in projection than the likes of Spice Bomb Extreme and Wanted by nite. I too enjoy enjoy smell and think its best for the office or an elegant nite on the town with a SO, not so much a clubbing scent. Perhaps a little more mature and expensive scent than some of there "clubby" scents.

I'm not sure if this is the Parfum or the eau de Parfum but I think it's the Parfum bc I've tried the eau de Parfum out at Sephora and this seemed to somhow last even longer. Sprayed like 5 sprays around 2pm and I was still smelling it on me when I woke up the next day!!! It's beast mode and I love it. The price for a bottle though... Well that's another story.

I quite enjoyed this particular fragrance. It takes roughly an hour or so to settle into the described scent profile, as it is rather intense upon first spray. Once settled, it has a nice potency without being overbearing. I would not recommend using more than 2 sprays max for this reason, one spray if you would like minimal projection. Give it a try! you won't regret it.

What a performance beast! I must admit, there was no wow factor on initial spray and for probably the first hour. But seriously, the dry-down is amazing! And, I can literally still smell it on my skin 3 days later. I initially did not care for this leather scent when I first sprayed it because it reminded me of that department store stale, leather smell. But, this scent has truly grown on me, and I can certainly say I absolutely appreciate the complexity of this rich and luxurious scent. It has so many smooth layers during the dry-down. Now, I absolutely adore this fragrance!

I had a free sample of this once and when it ran out I sought to purchase only to find that it was over $100 a bottle - which I gladly would have paid for it. Thankfully, it’s available here on scent box, however. This is one of my favorites as somehow they have managed to capture the exact smell of new leather in a spray form. Additionally, I am all about how long the scent lasts as well as how strong it is. I am satisfied that a couple sprays is enough that I, myself can still smell it all day as if it is freshly applied. In fact the next day I can still smell it about as effectively as you would a fresh application of a decent lower cost spray. At the same time it is also not an overwhelming scent by any means.

Grown man scent. You need some hair on your balls to wear this one. This is very James Bond Casino Royale vibes. It starts off very dark and musky, but kind of melts into the leathery/flowery sweet scent in phase 2. Wear at your own risk. And, gentlemen, make sure that you are prepared because you will have panties dropping all around. It could be a bit overwhelming if you’re not ready. Maybe it’s just me though…

It has its pros and cons. Longevity full score. Leather and wood fragrance is too strong and calms down over time and turns its magic.

I’m only giving it 4 stars because of its longevity. It smells like a leather couch store, to be honest. And not in a good way. The smell does linger. Do not store this in a place where it can get warm because the smell will seep out of the bottle. Otherwise, this leather scent is just that. Leather. I smelled nothing else and it wasn’t pleasant.

I like this scent definitely a pure leather scent. Probably best in cold weather. Scent is definitely strong so 1 or 2 sprays the most but doesn't last long hence the reason for the 4 stars. This scent is good for a intimate date night.

I love it! At first I was not crazy about the smell. It smelled like a brand new leather jacket and that's it. But then fast forward a half hour because you have to give fragrance time to dry down it takes on a different smell and an hour later after that it's perfect! You definitely smell leather but almost a floral Citrus scent as well! I really like the smell but you have to give it a chance on your skin it's definitely a great scent.

Im not going to lie, when I first sprayed it I went oh no! I did not like it and particularly didn't like the leather in it. It smelled to me like my dentists office. Then a little while later, I tried it again this time not smelling it so close to my skin, but just in the air. That made magic happen.
