Incredible scent; Complex however easy to pick up on the notes. Extremely long lasting and silage is perfect as it radiates at least 5 or so feet away from me. The versatility on this one is incredible as well as I have worn it to the office, restaurants, parties, etc. and it fits so perfectly. At the top, you get a very strong smell of mint and myrrh as it sort of reminds me of a catholic mass, which quickly fades away. It settles then into this powdery/resinous sweet woody scent that carries almost throughout the entire life of the fragrance. The ending is mostly Sweet and powdery. Overall, excellent fragrance worth the price tag.
Amazing spring and summer scent minty and aquatic and just a very perfect scent
Very nice scent!
This is a woody aromatic fragrance which is not for everyone. Having said that I like the grassy and minty notes and is a classy soapy barbershop fragrance of course for the more older gentlemen. On my skin the longevity was not that great, not full bottle worthy for me. There are better ones from the Amouage house that I like.
The fragrance opens strong but the dry down is worth the wait. All day longevity with good projection.
I really like this. It is a summer fragrance that is not a citrus bomb. It is unique, green, and fresh. Some have compared it to old fragrances like Brut and Old Spice, I do get that vibe with the opening but it dries down to something much different for me. I pick up the vetiver more than any other note which is fine for me because I enjoy vetiver.
Not for me at all
Long lasting, great night time fragrance, definitely for summer
I personally do not like this scent. It just simply is not what I would wear. I like more fresh scents and this is very heavy and woodsy. Im sending it back because its so far off of what I like.
Smells fantastic
I enjoy the scent a lot. It certainly has a summery vibe, but the name of the fragrance can be quite misleading. If you're expecting a citrusy vibe, then this ain't it. It's green and earthy all over, but it is a very pleasing scent. It lasts for quite a while too!
Smells like a nice pine car scent with a little sweetness. I have enjoyed it but find that it is linear throughout. I get 5 hours of smell with little projection. Not a wonderful fragrance but I did pick it as my first. So, maybe I was I was just hoping for more as it was a blind purchase because of the designer.
When I first sprayed it, I recoiled. It smelled like I had just bathed in heavy duty kitchen cleaner.I came on here and almost wrote a one-star review, but decided I'd give it more of a chance. I'm glad I did. While it's not my favorite, it has a lot more subtlety as the scent wears on. Definitely for poolside, seaside, nighttime wear, and you better be OK with other people smelling you at 20 paces as this stuff is STRONG. I can see me wearing it once or twice a year, on extremely special and rare occasions.
Not a young mans smell. Strong and is similar to a lot of the "older men's" colognes like Brut and original old spice. Unless you like stuff like that I don't recommend it. I bought this one outright because I thought I would love it. Unfortunately that was not the case at all.
I read many reviews that this should be a staple summer fragrance. Unfortunately this is not for me. The myrrh is overpowering and the only scent I pick up on. I did not experience the fragrance changing from the opening notes. A harsh old lady like smell for me. I hope you have better results, I really wanted to like this.
