This fragrance did absolutely nothing for me. While I can't say that I didn't smell at all, just about. On a scale of 1-10, the smell was about 0. 01. I would not call this even a skin scent. I think that even for people who don't wear fragrances, it would be a stretch to call this a fragrance. Maybe I am just anosmic to this, but it appears that there's an awful lot of people that can't smell this either.

The first spray smells citric but then i don’t smell anything at all. I do notice when I spray it in my room and I’m gone for hours the smell does linger but I can’t smell it on me.

Molecule 01 was OK alone. The magic is when you layer it with other fragrances. It makes the notes really pop. It goes well with everything I’ve tried it with.

It started kinda sweet on my skin initially but then became a woody smell that my gf loves. She would constantly want to smell me throughout the day. It mixed well with my body chemistry and I would get whiffs of it from time to time. Overall very safe and versatile scent

Interesting concept but I found it a bit boring on me. I love a unique scent, but this was just a faint woody musk that was barely noticeable. Definitely not for me.

If I evaluate according to the "expectations/reality" system, then, unfortunately, reality has faded somewhat in comparison with expectations. Most likely due to high expectations and legends accumulated around this perfume over the years of its existence. The perfume appears more masculine than unisex to me. The scent reminds me of an aftershave with notes of amber and sandalwood. Initially, it's a light scent from the place of application, but after some time I don't just smell it, instead it's another brain perception - I just feel the molecules of this aroma all the time and find it somewhat overwhelming. It's a strange perfume that lasts for 10 hours at least.

It did not have the same gravity as some of the other molecules. I liked 2 better.

Simple, Clean and Moderate. This is a clean woodsy scent that emulates cedarwood and sandalwood notes in Iso E Super. This is a very safe fragrance that is inoffensive and very versatile that can easily be layered with just about any other fragrance.

This perfume is perfect for my chemistry. It turns into a soft, fresh, sweet sandalwood type fragrance that leaves a trail through rooms and stores. I can't go anywhere without people saying how good I smell. This is a great perfume IF it likes you, lol! Try it! If you don't like it, try layering it with another perfume because it's a kind of magic.

This was surprisingly good. I expected to hate it honestly, but I'm really glad I tried it. Given that this is a molecular fragrance, I was hesitant, since it smells different on everyone. I was pleasantly surprised. Once I got over the first initial blast of chemical smell, the dry-down is sweetly clean on me. It really just feels like a "you but better" scent. I prefer this to Glossier You, which was too spicy on me. Longevity is eternal on me. I applied it before I went to bed, and it was still going strong until I showered. Overall a good fragrance. Took one star off for the simple fact that it's very plain.

Difficult to describe - almost spicy with some woods? I liked it at first I found it didn't last very long, but there were a few days when I would catch a whiff of it in the evening when I put it on that morning.

I've worn M1 a couple of days so far and haven't had much reaction from people around me, including my husband. I was expecting more, frankly. Its a pleasant enough scent and I'll keep it and try layering it with my other fragrances as I hear it works well in that regard. Overall, it's nice but not what I was expecting.

Ok. Hear me out. It’s weird. Upon first application. It was a no go. My wife agreed. But the dry down became increasingly pleasant. It’s probably one of the most interesting fragrances I’ve ever smelled. Definitely strong on the sandalwood and cedar. Give it a shot.

The fragrance reminds me of herbs but not herbs you would want to wear. My sister loves it, so I gave it to her. There are other molecule perfumes that smell much better

I really wish I could love this. I had high hopes from the compelling reviews on fragrantica. But all it smells like to me is a watered down gin and tonic. My partner was equally unimpressed. Give it a try maybe it will be different for you.

I like this alone but I think it’s best when you layer this perfume with others. It really brings out something different in the other perfume when layering. Molecules smells different on everyone but I guess that’s kind of every perfume or cologne. It’s not an overpowering scent even when first sprayed. It smells dark and woodsy on me but then strangely just that disappears and then it smells more floral. Sillage is close I think it’s one of the reason I like layering it. It’s a smells really good it’s one of my favorites right now. This is a fragrance on it’s own I would wear for errands or working out like an everyday scent.

Might be my new favorite. This doesn't sting my nose when I first spray it, which is pleasant. The first thing I noticed was a scent of fresh green celery... very clean, bright, fresh. Can't find anything I don't like about this one. I'd wear it all year long.

I really loved this one - very subtle, but different and fresh. Gender neutral.

When I first put it on I though No way! It smells terribly like celery, but after an hour or so it ended up with a soft clean smell with only a hint of the celery smell. Might be good for work.

This is an ok fragrance on its own, but it shines when layered with other fragrances in particular floral. I also layered it with Molecule 2 for a really interesting and long lasting combination that smelled very clean yet warm.

I love it. The scent changes throughout the day and can also smell different on different days. Doesn’t last long though.

Much like all of the reviews/disclaimers it is a very difficult scent to smell on yourself, however I have received many compliments while wearing this scent and in my opinion that makes it a winner. Don’t expect to smell it on you like a typical cologne, but be ready for the compliments.

This was my first fragrance. When I first sprayed it, it was nice. A little to light for what I was expecting. Within an hour I couldn't smell it anymore. A friend smelled it and referred to it as "Fresh Mall Scent". It's alright. Maybe something to spray on before going into a meeting or brunch.

This perfume is super interesting. I like that it highlights just one scent characteristic and can be used to layer with other scents. It has amazed me because I couldn't smell it when I first applied it, but the scent seems to get stronger with time, especially if I start to feel warm or overheated. It's been over 12 hours since I applied it and I am still getting occasional whiffs of it as I move around. It makes its presence known in a subtle way, which I like. It's just strong enough that others notice it when interacting with me, but doesn't overwhelm the room with scent.

I hardly wear fragrances, them being to strong, or I'm stuck on certain ones, this one is really light and suits me. Like most, I smelled it as I sprayed it on and not much after. Although, I did get a compliment as I entered a vehicle, she asked what I was wearing, bcuz she enjoyed the fragrance and said I smelled sexy. So yes, the next time I broke off the sprayer and just poured it on myself...haha. I did, a couple times layer it with some Herrera by Carolina Herrera and boyyyyyyy, let's say i started a collection of women's undergarments, with a total of 1...

This is a very soft, light fragrance and I need many sprays to smell it at all. It starts out spicy and woody but quickly mellows into a sort of musky clean skin scent.

If through out the day you want that quick whiff of “wow I smell good rite now” feeling.. This ain’t the one.. I’ve used half the spray bottle in a week trying to get that one appeal when wearing a cologne.. I want to be able to smell what I’m wearing.. I bought the #3 long time ago and it was great, so I had high hopes too..

Smells great, but it doesn't stay strong for long. I kept getting whiffs throughout the day, but it didn't project.

For the first hour or two, I can smell a faint scent of wood shavings, but only if I pay close attention. After that it didn't smell like anything. I followed the advice and wore it for a few days anyway, but it doesn't seem to work on me. I can't smell it and nobody else seems to smell much of anything either.

I thought it was ok - not great - but my partner told me I smelled like Pine-Sol.

Not sure why they have this listed as a floral - I have never detected a floral note with this, it is always a light woody scent. I have even been guilty of layering this with another scent, just to add an extra dimension of complexity.
