The creation is signed by Yves Cassar from IFF. He reportedly wanted to create a fragrance that would combine the core values of the brand with the blue color, resulting in a combination of exhilarating fresh notes enhanced with spicy notes, and balanced by the intense power of amber. First Instinct Blue was launched in 2018.

First of all, scentbox sent me the men's fragrance instead of the women's fragrance. I am okay with this because I enjoy unisex and there is no option on this website to filter out unisex fragrances, but this scent was too strong and in your face for me. If you enjoy unisex fragrances, this is not it. Also, if you enjoy subtle fragrances, this is not the one for you. It is very in your face young boy.
