This is one of my favorite colognes. I used to wear this in my 20s. I had forgotten about it until I saw it and added it to cart as soon as I did. Still frickin amazing.

Very light! But doesn’t have that overwhelming rubbing alcohol smell, which is good for me. Wish it was a stronger/longer lasting acent

This is a wonderful fragrance... for you grand father. I'm a woman who prefers for masculine or unisex scents. But this was too masculine and too mature. As others have said I think it's the tobacco. That said it's objectively very nice so I'll be putting it in my father's Christmas stocking as an extra treat. I think it will be wonderful on him.

Clove bud and tobacco lend themselves to an older gentalman's scent. Classy & sophisticated. Not a bad smell, just not for me. & i know its not listed as one of the scents, but i get a top note of spearmint leaf when i wear it for some reason.

Oldie but goodie... been out for a good while and still up there with the new scents of today. As soon as I sprayed it on, i could hear Jodeci playing in the background, wrapped in the arms of this beautiful woman, as she whispers in my ear telling me how sexy I smell... So yeah, I would recommend it...

Love this fragrance way more than I thought I would!! Very crisp and clean smelling. The mix of tobacco, wood aroma and lavender is perfection to me. This could definitely be a unisex scent. Lasts a good amount of time and could be worn for any occasion.

Nice scent and the wife likes it enough. However, it doesn't seem to last as long. It's also not one that I really get complements on like I have some others. Won't be requesting it again.

I really love the smell of this perfume. It lasts a long time and its a classic masculine smell but I love spritzing some of it on my purse and things because I really like the scent. My husband has been using for several years now and is not willing to change it.

Didn't like this one at all. Pencil shavings smell similar to Miracle for men. Not a modern smell in anyway. I'll pass.

Very nice and sexy fragrance but if you have a bottle of Platinum Egoiste, save your $$$ because smell very similar but IMO Herrera is better.

it could be just me that smells this but I was in a department store today debating on a new scent.... and I immediately was drawn to this one but after a while the scent tends to give off a spicey,orientalish smell almost to that of Indian cuisine with all of the curry and spices....It could just be me but was curious to know if anyone else smells that in Herrera for men....email me jdelg1@cox.net

If you want to know what some Indonesian massage oil smell like try this fragrance. Maybe it's the cloves.

It's been like 6 years since I've owned this, but I think I liked it at the time. Similar extreme powerful night use cologne that of Dolce and Gabbana and Joop!. Much better then Joop!, but I think DG is a little better. I remembered it had an extreme over the top nutty smell to it. It's definitly good for nightware. This site needs to get with the newer colognes. The new Herrera Aqua is quite possibly one of the best colognes ever made. I tried some at the mall and put it on my clothes and couldn't stop smelling it.

Sexy, sexy, SEXY. Only one other cologne has made me want to take a mans shirt off besides this one, and that is Minotaure. Its a rare man that wears these oh so sexy fragrances. Trust me, it's worth the price.

This cologne is one of my favorites. It has a dark, very sweet smell to it. If you don't like sweet, try something else. Otherwise I really recommend it.

I think Herrera for Men is a very distinguished cologne. I love it.

Herrera for Men has to be one of the classiest colognes for distinguished gentlemen. It has the right proportionate mix of the hard-edged and soft-edged scents. It hangs with you all day long and is not too overpowering. A great daily-wear cologne. Spray a little more on for an evening out. I have been complimented many times by beautiful women. A timeless treasure.

Still unsure about this one - so far, i think that it smells a little to soapy to start with, and becomes a bit "dry" later on.. Not bad though, so i have decided to sample it again!.

This is unique smelling form the bottle but does not smell good on me. It wants to be elegant and for dress up. Not bad but not good.

OK, at first I found the scent just ok to weak smelling, but when my girl smelt the scent she gone crazy. couldn't keep her off. This also happen with maybe 1/3 of females just love the scent so much their all over you. For a scent that to me seemed ok to weak at first, I have to give it an EXCELLENT for a women getter.

this is great - it is not the best, antaeus by chanel is, or santos de cartier, but this stuff is timeless, masculine, very sweet smelling and distinct. definitely very good but not the best.

Herrera is stupendous. It has rich flavor with a tobacco note dry down. It makes for a great everyday scent.

It smells to me like ginger and prunes, of all things. Herrera is a walking, talking example of everything that's wrong with men's fragrances today, in my opinion. Sickly sweet, way too floral and way too feminine, with a flat drydown and crummy longevity. It smells like a cheap drugstore perfume that a nine-year old girl would spray on her dollies. Disgusting. I guess the kids like it, but if you're in your 30's (I'm 32) or older, you are not going to like this one. Don't even bother getting a free sample vial of it, you'll just be wasting your time. It's that bad.

One of those "little goes a long way". I hate that. I mean I do want to smell the fumes on me as well and too much of this canb give you a headache. It is very sharp and woody. Almost has that overpotency of Dolce & Gabbana but not that arid and strong...or bad smelling for that matter. I liked the way it smelled on my clothes, not my skin. This isn't a everyday cologne and one you may like alot and wear all the time.

I got my husband a bottle of this as a gift. He's very pick and fragrances change on him, not usually for the good. Well, we both liked how this one wears on him! Absolutely sexy and yummy. Highly recommended!!
