Too floral for my liking.

I loved this scent. The dry down is amazing. I pair it with SDJ 68 and it’s the best combo. It’s a more mature smell but longer lasting than most perfumes I own.

There were so many good reviews so I decided to add this to my calendar. Y’all let me down. This gives late 40s-50 year old vibes. It’s very floral and for mature gals.

I did enjoy this scent enough to use the entire sample. I didn't think it was anything remarkable, not long lasting. Fresh and floral, sort of everyday scent for me.

Too powdery for me

I have a problem with perfumes turning sour/rotten on me (including Black Opium), but Mon Paris is different! It still smells more tart on me than my friend (whom it smells so sweet and lovely on), but it's still very good. If you have a problem with perfumes smelling badly on you, I recommend giving this one a try. :) My only complaint is it does not last long.

I love this scent! It took me by surprise. It's got a very sweet smell when you first spray it, which was really off-putting. But once it settles, it smells so good! It's very classic but the sweetness (once settled) makes it smell super feminine. I wore it on a couple dates and to work and got lots of compliments.

This perfume smells really good! It gives me roses and fruit, and lasts a while. I buy ALOT of expensive perfumes and my boyfriend never compliments the way I smell until I sprayed this lol! I was honestly surprised, he said that scent was his favorite he’s ever smelled on me.

This is one of my new favorites! I had never tried this perfume before receiving a sample from scentbox...once I tried it, I fell in love AND purchased a full size! I am very picky about my perfumes. I use different ones for different occasions. This one is a sexy, date night, girls night out, dancing with your babe, luscious, young boss woman type of perfume, LOL! I receive many compliments on this perfume! This perfume also lasts LONG. If I spray it on myself when I'm wearing a hoodie or sweater, I can still smell it a couple of days later when I pick that hoodie back up. It is great.

I’ve been waiting to try this one for a while now and I was not disappointed. I’d definitely buy a big bottle.

First sniff I found this too strong for me- however I tried it a few days later and yes it goes on a little strong but it settles into a really feminine mature sweet kind of smell. I would personally only wear this going out in the evening and think the cooler months would be better suited for it. It has great longevity- especially if you spray on your clothes. I could smell it on my shirt the next day. Nice smell overall.

It's fun and girly with a touch of sophistication. Barely on the edge of a mature scent but not quite. Not overtly sweet. Good longevity. Not getting 5 starts because in spite of the positives, it's too forgettable of a scent for my taste.

Sweet, fruity, & youthful yet still classy and mature. My favorite scent, I always come back to it! Its so versatile, I personally like to use for all seasons and all moods. One spray is all I use and it lasts all day.

I was pleasantly surprised as time passed after the initial spray. For some reason, I hated the first minute of this scent, but i think the dry down is absolutely beautiful. I think it's the intensity of the initial spray, not the scent itself. I'm very sensitive to fragrance, so the immediate power of the fragrance was a bit overwhelming, but the more I've used it, the less bothersome that first spray is.

This one isn’t a favorite. It doesn’t smell feminine at all to me - it’s just a bit too musky for my liking. I prefer sweeter, romantic scents and this one seems more on the sporty side to me. I’ll wear this one when all my other perfumes run out, but it’s not something I’d ever spend money on.

I honestly didn’t think I would like this one when I got it but I do and absolutely don’t regret actually spending money to buy it as a one time buy for it. Love..Love…Love..Mon Paris. It’s just enough sweetness like a spring day in Paris!!!!

This was an odd fragrance with an unpleasantly stark contrast between its top and base notes. By no means a subtle scent, this will both announce your entrance & linger in the room long after you’re gone. If you or the people around you are prone to migraines triggered by strong smells, this is NOT the fragrance for you. Out of the bottle Mon Paris has a loud sugary-sweet fruity scent, followed by a drastic switch to it’s deep acrid patchouli-musk base notes. I felt the patchouli-musk had a sharp chemical tang, which is odd for what should be an earthy organic tone. It’s hard to imagine anyone enjoying this fragrance, the top and base notes are far too polarized. If you like sweet fruity scents you will hate the lingering “old lady” chemical musk. If you prefer mature scents, this will feel like a syrupy candy scented Victoria’s Secret body spray for tweens. I had high hopes for this one but can’t say I’d ever recommend it to anyone, and I would absolutely never wear it again myself.

Really wonderful. Love the smell. Sweet, but not overly so, and mixed with a sophisticated smell. Not too strong, not too light, just right. Soent the day shopping with a friend and she kept complimenting me on the smell all day and would only get a whif of it at certain times. She loved it so much she wrote down what it was & going to join as well! Highly recommend if you like sweet, yet sophisticated. Perfect blend.

Smelled very chemical-like for me and was very strong. My migraine was triggered on my first try. Really wanted to like this one but it just wasn’t for me.

I gave this perfume 2 stars because I dreamt dislike the smell of patchouli I have now learned. How ever if you enjoy that scent you might like this perfume. I felt that the scent was very strong and overpowering and kind of gave me a headache

It just wasn’t for me. I like more mature scents. I gave this one to my daughter and she loved it. For me it smelled to much like sweet body spray.

I am new to the world of perfume and this was the very first sample I got to try from Scentbox. My first impression was that it smells like a very popular perfume everyone in there 20s wore at special gatherings but the dry down turned it into a positive and unique experience. I was worried about how the basil and strawberry notes would’ve come into play -especially since I’m not a big ‘artificial’ strawberry fan. I heard that it would also be very sweet and berry-ish. So, I expected a tween or teenager type scent. Luckily for me it was just right! A very lovely scent, without overpowering sweetness or strong obvious berries. I found it to be mostly fruity but it’s both elegant and quirky in my opinion.

I really enjoyed this fragrance, it has a light, pretty smell that can be worn anytime. I did spray about 5-6 sprays to get the smell I wanted, but it would last most of the day. After 8 hours, I can still smell it on my skin. I'm only giving it 4 stars instead of 5, because personally I enjoy fragrances with a stronger fruit scent, but I can see how this could easily be a 5 star fragrance for many.

Favorite fragrance!

Love love love this scent! Literally last all day long! I know some people say it only last a for while but after your nose get used to a scent, you won't smell much of it anymore. My jacket that I spray on still smells good the day after. If you're looking for a strong long lasting scent then you will need to reapply.

Predominantly fruity but has a weird blend. Unusual can't put my finger on the exact smell but it isn't one of my favourite scents .

Smells very sweet, floral, and lasts several hours. It can be strong at first but after a few minutes it calms down, however, the lovely, youthful scent doesn't fade away unnoticed...instead it encircles you with it's floral sweetness.

Absolutely lovely! I fell in love at first sniff. It is def a sweet fruity fragrance. At first its fresh and a strawberry/raspberry bomb and then the dry down reminds me of the smell of blueberry pancakes. It's warming and comforting. I loved it and have gotten compliments, especially from men.

Love it! It's feminine, refreshing, pretty. In the bottle it smells really sweet and fruity, but on skin it's just a gorgeous scent and certainly not overly sweet or overpowering. I don't find it powdery or old lady like as other people have said. I'm in my 30s, though so those comments are relative to the reviewers' ages I suppose.

Mon Paris is a fragrance that I would describe as sophisticated. Initially, smelling it straight from the bottle, it smells pretty and very familiar. Have you ever flipped through a fashion magazine where there are a few perfume samples spread throughout? Well to me that’s kinda what this perfume smells like, but in a good way. To me, I would say that this perfume would be perfect to wear in a professional setting like a workplace or even just as a daytime scent. Mon Paris is a more subtle fragrance that smells very fresh and a bit florally. Also, I would say that this perfume is a little bit sweet—not a strong, overpowering sweet. Honestly though, everyone’s body chemistry will react differently. All in all, Mon Paris really makes me feel like I’m in one of the fashion capitals of the world. *Note: I did take off a star due to the fact that I don’t believe that this perfume is for everyone. While I believe that most individuals will more than likely enjoy this perfume, there are probably still quite a few that will dislike it.

At first the perfume came off strong, but it settles quickly and smells wonderful. I would trust all the positive reviews on this one-- Mon Paris seems to have something for everyone. It's a fun scent that sits close to the skin and can last anywhere from 6 hours to 10 hours, depending on where you spray it and how much (I have long hair and wear a lot of scarves, both of which hold this perfume well and sweep the fragrance back to you with every head turn). I would call this a daytime scent for the office or on weekends, fit for the fall or early spring

This is a very mature scent. I found it very similar to cinnabar or something close to Chanel. Very strong and lingers. I'm younger and this reminded me of my mother or something my grandmother might wear in her earlier years.....

This is a classy, complex, almost slightly complicated at first to try to pick out all the individual ingredients or notes log fragrance emanating off your skin until it’s had a chance to dry down a bit. I find that it softens just enough but Is still strong enough to only need an extra few sprays/applications maybe once a day twice if you like a strong scent in yourself and you’re working a sweaty 12 hour shift or longer! There are definitely noted of fresh fruit but lots of warmth so it’s not tart in any way or too sickly sweet. It’s just sweet enough with a touch of spice and a hint of something that reminds me of high quality incense. I recommend wearing this in the fall or winter, office, or evenings out at dinner, shopping, anywhere you want to feel special and sophisticated .

Non descriptive. Imagine the smell as you walk past the fragrance counter, the one where all the fragrances mix together into a nothing-special scent that hangs in the air. Buy this if you want to smell like everyone else. Nothing distinct or special. LIke versace bright crystal? Youll love this.

I personally like the smell, I smell it all day. Wears very well, but have yet to get a compliment. So I don’t know if others can’t smell it, or they don’t like it. Regardless I love it, I think it’s definitely more of a fall smell, not a summer or spring smell.

I can't stomach the smell of this one. It is really spicy. I'm pretty sure I was on the verge of having an allergic reaction because my ears were itchy. I think it's the patchouli. I will avoid patchouli in the future. I will be sending this back because it's way too strong for me.

This is my #1 favorite signature fragrance! I have not come across another fragrance that is better than this one. There is so much positive things that i can rant on about this, but i will keep it simple. I will wear this scent all day/everyday no matter what, but it is perfect for going out, the evening, romantic, and intimate setting. This scent will definitely bring the lust out and cling to you like a magnet (in my opinion). It is a deep, sweet, yet bold but so feminine and very sexy. I sound very extra about this fragrance, but this is the only fragrance that i am extra about LOL! Consider this perfume like a ..... forbidden fruit that you don't mind risking getting caught red handed for.

This is a pretty scent. Its floral fresh and has some green and sweet reminds me a bit of versace crysal yet lighter and more elegant and classier. I wore it to work the first time and my coworkers male and female really liked the smell said i smelled really nice.

The fragrance is really nice at first. Then, a faint smell of what I can only describe as soy lecithin takes over and it's really difficult for me to like it. My friends, though, find it amazing.

Definitely not a scent for everyone. It wasn't terrible, but it was way too mature for me. I returned this immediately.

Floral smell was over powering

I really like this perfume. I feel like it's similar in nature to Miss Dior Cherie, but Mon Paris is sweeter and fresher. This would make a good signature because it's inoffensive and pretty, and works for any season, any occasion. It's not polarizing which I guess also makes it not terribly unique. In my opinion this is an age 30+ scent.

Very pretty smelling perfume, but not very unique. Smells similar to all the other fruity floral perfumes flooding the market right now. I would have kept it if I didn’t have so many other fruity floral perfumes already. Smells similar to sky di gioia by Armani. I think this perfume is perfect for spring. It’s light, fresh, and inoffensive. I can’t imagine many would dislike it. It’s probably a safe buy. The fruit and floral notes are balanced well along with the chypre base. The patchouli is not overpowering at all and is in fact barely detectable, which is preferred. There is also the perfect amount of sweetness; just enough to make the scent more delicious but not sickeningly sweet.

It's okay, not a personal favorite. To me it comes off as very floral and a little bit citrusy/fruity with some powdery notes in there too. I would categorize it as something a more mature classic woman would wear.

I normally wouldn't gravitate towards this scent but someone recommended it to me. I tried it on and wasn't impressed but I received so many compliments that day so I decided to give it another shot. I wore it again the next day and it actually grew on me. It has a hint of floral and it is very mature. This scent makes me think of what someone with a lot of money would smell like!

This is definitely a semi sweet crispy clean smelling scent. Definitely something a CEO might wear with a hint of sexy. It does soften through the day though but I'm ok with that.

I really like this perfume Mon Paris. It is light but noticeable, and sweeter than I expected which i love! I do intend on buying a full bottle but it is more than I am willing to pay right now because it doesn't last as long as I feel a perfume of that price range should and right now I have several I love that last longer. It is pretty enough to splurge on it when I have extra money to blow and I would recommend it for a nice, sweet, everyday perfume. I received compliments at work but only from those that stood close to me which doesn't happen often in our new world of social distancing and masks.

I love it. I’m usually not a fan of florals but this isn’t the typical light, flowery scent I’m used to. It’s really nice and you can pretty much wear it anytime in my opinion. It doesn’t last super long on skin but it stays on clothes for at least a day and a half, maybe 2 days. I’m definitely getting a full sized bottle of this.

The fragrance was okay. One a scale on 1 to 5 the lasting scent would be a 3. On my skin. it didn't seem to last all day, on my clothes however, I smelled lightly throughout the day. I don't think I would purchase a full bottle of this scent.

Sexy, this is sexy like CK Obsession still is if you are in to vintage scents. However, this has the lighter musk notes with patchouli and fruit instead of the dark scents in Obsession. This is bright, notice me, shiny, and lovely. It can be strong and I tend to like this more as a "walk through" instead of spraying directly on my skin. This lasts a very long time on me if I do spray it on my skin directly but can become a bit too much if I re-apply because I went nose blind. Literally, when I am loading the washer and a piece of clothing I was wearing when I wore this is loaded into the washer I can smell it still on the fabric. It is beautiful.

Smells very pretty. Just a little too strong for me. I like the top notes: the fruity scents, but something about the base notes turned me off only slightly. It’s a more mature smelling perfume, if that makes sense. I really wanted to like this perfume. I ended up changing the shirt I was wearing because I kept smelling it and feeling a little dizzy from the scent. I got a headache immediately after spraying it. If you do not like strong perfumes because you are sensitive them, you probably won’t like this one!

YSL seems to get it right EVERY SINGLE TIME!! This fragrance was very light, delicate, pleasant, floral and mature. All the notes in this perfume seemed to work well to give off this airy, floral, beautiful scent. It is not deep or overpowering and is the perfect grown, classy lady's signature fragrance. I can just envision this perfume being perfect for the spring, fall and summer nights....

Initial reaction to this scent was it was too overpowering. After about 15 minutes it softens to a nice fruity/floral scent that lingers all day. Really enjoying it now.
