A little too much powder and vanilla for me. It smells like it is the younger sister to CK Eternity. Meaning Eternity has similar vibes but in a more sophisticated way. It was a little too youthful and teenage smelling for me but I am sure someone who is a big vanilla fan might appreciate it. by no means does it smell bad. I just like vanilla to be one of the less obvious notes in my scents, and same goes for powdery smells.

At first spray. this is amazing! I LOVE the fruity scents. The pear and raspberry really stand out. However, it fades so fast and just leaves behind a really soft scent in less than 2 hours, that's all you can detect. The fruity scent fades completely. I thought maybe I was nose blind but my husband couldn't smell anything on my arm. This was AFTER my second spray 1 1/2 hours before he got home.

I absolutely LOVE Ari! The only thing I don’t love is that it doesn’t last long on my skin, but it does on my clothes! I love this scent by Arianna Grande. For me it was the right balance of sweet & sexy! I love the bubbly sweetness of it! I chose to rate the perfume with 3 stars however due to the fragrance not lasting more than maybe 20 minutes. To be such an amazing scent but one that must be reapplied hourly is a disgrace for Ari. Due to the short longevity of Aria, I would not choose to purchase a whole bottle. I would Rather have something that smells just as good but lasts at least an hour!

It is a VERY light scent. I've sprayed it several times a day. So if your looking for something that is overpowering and gonna hit others in the face this is NOT the scent. It seems to have a sweet, candy/marshmallow (light) flowery smell. I've had others try and everyone seems to agree it is a pleasant smell but overall very light. Also the candy/marshmallow smell is not like Prada- candy.

This was soooo not it. Sickeningly sweet, reminiscent of Britney Spears 'Fantasy'. I applied 4-5 spritz at 7:00 am, there was absolutely no scent by 10. Noticed only after getting my sample that this perfume is pretty cheap to buy, and it's clear to see why. A waste of a month, but lesson learned.

The longevity could be better, but it’s not terrible. This is a very sweet, somewhat “young” fragrance. It’s very warm, probably a bit too much for hot months. I intially will give it a 3.5 stars due to the sillage and longevity. When sprayed initially, it is floral, sweet powdery then dries down to musk gourmand. I just received this fragrance & I like it but, I don't LOVE it. I like sweet fruity frag. & this has sweet scent however, it simply doesn't last long on the skin. I like citrus scents & I can't smell it at all. I would LOVE to smell the raspberry & "cake" like scent but, it doesn't last for me to recogize it. I wore it day one applied it after my shower after using an unscented body wash. So, I could get an honest smell. I was hoping for more of a "complex" scent profile but, it doesnt last all that long. It does last on clothing though. I get better payout from B&BW body sprays. Which bums me out. I tried it a second day for a special occassion & I applied a little Vaseline to my pulse pts & the scent lasted a little longer. My husband likes it so, it's not a complete waste. I may use it and hope for something a bit better. I loved the package in the bright pink atomizer very cute!

Beautiful, feminine perfume that can be worn any time and anywhere. This scent is not too overpowering and is a beautiful blend. Appropriate for any age, definitely no hint of “old lady” smell and it’s not too sweet for an adult woman either. Decent longevity, about 4-6 hours, so I do wish it would last a bit longer, but definitely a great perfume.

I am a 44 year old elementary school teacher. By nature, I am youthful and young looking, and I teach fitness and word at TJ's part time. I have to admit, I love Ariana's perfumes... Cloud is AMAZING. And Ari does not disappoint either. Compared to cloud, it's less fruity, a little more flowery (not much though), a little musky, and warm. I'd say Ari is a modern update to Mugler's Angel. One of the things I like most about it is that it is not overbearing, yet when you put your coat on at the end of your work day, you'll get another whiff of it. I truly love it!

From the first spray I fell in love with this fragrance which I was honestly very surprised about as I usually avoid anything gourmand. Going off the description you'd expect something that smells like auseating frosting and while the smell certainly is reminiscent of a cupcake,it is so in the best way. On the first couple sprays the way it lingers in the air is PERFECT! Very fragrant and sweet with a little floral undertone , HOWEVER don’t expect this to last longer than a couple minutes. The smells tones down drastically after about an hour and then it takes smelling exactly where u put it to even get a hint. I do like how it smells slightly different on some people, I just wish the smell was more “potent” as in it stays longer.

I ABSOLUTELY LOOOVE THIS. When I first opened the packaging I flipped the tube around to see what the fragrance was and was stunned as it said ARI which is my name. I felt like someone was playing a joke on me. Anyway afterwards I thought that it was cool that I received a scent that had the same name as I, but not only that, it smelt AMAZINNNNNNNG!!!!! It does smell a bit familiar or similar to a Victoria Secret scent that I remember but it still smells Absolutely Amazing it is Sweet. You can use it fir anything at anytime. I am just glad that the scent that had the same name as I, did not smell yuck or something but smelt Great!!!

I didn't expect much from this fragrance, but I was pleasantly surprised. There is something interesting going on here. The composition is very nice like spun sugar layered over macaroons. Its comforting even if the smell doesn't last very long. I would say this could be worn almost anywhere, and in almost any season although It would probably shine brightest in the winter or late fall. Because the perfume is budget friendly I don't mind that I need to reapply often.

Looking at most reviews I really thought this was going to be SWEET, not so. It certainly is not an offensive smell but I am a fan of sweet,even at my age..I suppose with my personality and ADD I try to calm my aura with sweet,this is not sweet,but of 4 I have received this is by far my favorite!! When I think of sweet I am thinking Bath&Body sweet and you can pull your true fragrance out of what really makes you feel, outgoing,calm,sexy,playful no matter your age So I will not say that it's for younger girls,it is a perfume that is for day and it smells great!!

It’s very light, sweet, and fruity/floral. It’s youthful and perfect for a non-intrusive, background scent. I tend to like ones with a little more depth but Ari is pretty and somewhat basic. My 13 year old daughter loves it. I like Cloud much more as its unique and the notes are well blended, and Thank You Next smells like melted plastic and rotten coconuts. So Ari ranks somewhere in between them.

This reminds me more of a body spray that comes in a kit with the matching body wash you would find at Walmart or a drugstore than an actual perfume. Has a very youthful scent. Smells sweet like candy. Incredibly, sickening sweet. It does fade nicely into a more tolerable scent. Still sweet with a musky/vanilla undertones.

If you've ever smelled the body spray from Bath & Body Works called "Twilight Woods," then you know what this smells like. I'd say they smell almost identical, only "Ari" is a hint more refined and definitely lasts a lot longer on the skin. I absolutely LOVE this scent. This smells amazing ??! Its not like one of those omg too sweet perfumes but a little sweet, a little floral. You can smell a little of the fruit but that's not overwhelming either. I think the scent that rings true the most is the Lilly of the Valley, but still it's subtle. The only reason I took a star off is because it doesn't last very long.

I will definitely start with saying this smells so sexy, flirty, sweet and with a touch of musk. Starts off strong and then after about 5 minutes, it mellows down and becomes one with you. Cotton Candy/Marshmallow soft, yet Sexy/Romantic slow releasing musk. Together with the warmth of your skin it creates a heavenly pheromone. Very sexy and will definitely recommend it. I am buying it and it's on the affordable side. Doesn't last all day but long enough, not too strong but other's will notice you left a room or compliment you on the scent. Love it!!

I didn’t really think I’d love this scent as much as I do I had it in my mind that it would be geared towards a much younger audience. It is a sweeter scent but sexy at the same time with the mix of marshmallow and musky woods. It reminds me of Pink Sugar which is also a fave of mine. Out of all the fragrances in Ariana Grande's line, I didnt really care for this one. Even though it was less youthful and fruity and/or candy-like, it was still the more mature scent. However, the musk RUINED EVERYTHING FOR ME. It was a bit too much to overcompensate for being less teenager and more ladylike. Otherwise, it is pleasant and nice. It doesn't have the worst smell but musk tends to smell old lady-ish if there is an excess or if it doesn't mix well with the other notes properly. Just an okay fragrance! There are ALOT other worse fragrances out there and actual smelly ones, so this is still decent enough.

I'm 40 I used to wear Herve Leger but they stopped making it. I can't find anything comparable, I found Ariana Grande's Cloud or whatever it's called and although I feel stupid buying it because I'm 40 I like how it smells on me. It fades to something soft and delicious. Ari, does not. It's stronger, and doesn't fade quite as much. When I say fade, I mean I don't want you to smell me before I enter the room, I want you to smell me if you pass me in a hallway or if you hug me, not if you sit 20 feet away from me. If I wore Ari, you could smell me from 20 ft away and I don't like those kinds of scents. It's not bad, I'll keep it but it's not going to be a go to.
